At MILANIMAL our vibe is a little different from a lot of gyms.
People who come to MILANIMAL, come to train. We aren’t a beauty salon, a café or an edgy backdrop for your instastory. Our coaches are experts in training. They aren’t a maid service, a phone charger provider or your mum. What we do, we do really well and that’s what you pay your membership for… not for lifestyle extras.
In our flagship gym - slap bang in the middle of town and minutes away from Porta Romana underground station - we offer daily CrossFit and brazilian jiu-jitsu group training, weightlifting sessions, as well as mobility and recovery workshops.
We also offer 1:1 private coaching as well as Online Coaching. Our trainers will work with you to help you achieve your personal fitness goals including, body transformation, fat loss, strength and conditioning training, powerlifting, fighting, event specific training and post injury training.
Our jiu-jitsu sessions aren’t inspired by nightclubs or movies but by the sweet science itself.
If you want real jiu-jitsu training with real jiu-jitsu coaches these sessions will help improve technique, co-ordination, speed and agility, endurance core strength as well as develop an athletes mind-set and focus.
Our programmed CrossFit sessions are built around the three pillars of performance training: strength, stamina and power. These sessions will help you become stronger, faster and more flexible whilst remaining injury free.

Weightlifting is designed to help optimise your body’s range of motion and increase your performance.
No gimmicks in this one, you get in and you progress the only rule is you remain consistent over 8-12 weeks to see the best results.
We believe that the practice of sport – in this case, CrossFit and jiu-jitsu – is seen as a means to individual development and personal growth. Strength, self-awareness, respect, discipline and responsibility are common core values taught within our kid’s program.
