A SAFE PLACE TO GROW STRONG
STARTING STRONG FROM AGE FIVE
At MILANIMAL, kids from age five find a safe and inspiring place to grow. On the mat they learn focus, discipline, and teamwork while building friendships that go far beyond training. At the same time, parents can feel at home in our healthy café, the perfect spot to relax, recharge, or get some work done while their kids thrive on the mat.
WHY PARENTS TRUST US
At MILANIMAL, every class goes beyond technique.
Kids learn discipline and respect, values that guide them on and off the mat. They gain confidence and focus, skills that shape their future.
Training develops strength, coordination, and agility, while our safe environment, always supervised by expert coaches, ensures every child grows in the right way.
HOW WE TEACH
At MILANIMAL, no child is left behind.
Each class is led by 3–4 experienced coaches, so every student gets the attention they need. Kids train in small groups, matched by age, skill, and pace of learning, making progress natural and enjoyable.
And with a female coach always on the mat, girls have role models they can relate to, feeling safe, supported, and inspired.
Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program runs every day at 5:00 PM, giving children a consistent routine to learn, move, and make friends. With a membership, they can join as many classes as they want during the week, keeping training flexible, fun, and effective for real progress.
And every Saturday at 10:00 AM we open the mat for a free class open to all children — members, newcomers, and kids without an active membership.
It’s the perfect way to feel the atmosphere, try jiu-jitsu in a safe and welcoming environment, meet our coaches, and see how much your child can thrive with the right guidance and community.
We run a complete, year-round program divided into five 2-month modules, so kids can start anytime and advance at a steady pace. Class options include:
- Kids Fundamentals (Mon, Wed, Fri — 5:00–6:00 PM) for beginners and for building a strong base of movement, respect, and confidence;
- Pro Training (Tue & Thu — 5:00–6:00 PM) for children preparing for competitions and tournaments.
This structure lets every child follow a clear path, train with peers at the right level, and develop both the technical skills and the character that carry far beyond the mat.
