Where kids train
Athletes are built

YOUNG ATHLETE TRAINING CAMP

Three training sessions a day. Balanced meals designed by sports nutritionists. Technical review and structured recovery. At MILANIMAL, kids step into a real athlete environment where discipline, focus, and consistency are part of everyday life. They don’t just improve on the mat, they learn how progress actually works.

VICTORY THROUGH DISCIPLINE

At the camp, they won’t just train like athletes, they will experience what it truly means to live like one.
Through structure, effort, and consistency, they’ll begin to understand the real value of discipline something that goes far beyond
the mat and stays with them in everyday life.

This camp is not for everyone. Discipline builds how you grow, face challenges, and create lasting results.

This is not a summer activity. It’s a structured experience designed for kids who are ready to grow, inside and outside the mat. At MILANIMAL, every day is built around a clear idea: becoming strong is not something that just happens, it is something you learn through discipline, consistency, and the way you approach every single moment of your day. At the camp, kids won’t just train like athletes, they will experience what it actually means to live like one.

Each day runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, following a precise structure that gives rhythm and direction to everything they do. Training, recovery, nutrition, focus: every element has a purpose. They start the day with a technical briefing and move into a first training session where they work on movement for grappling, strength, and situational sparring. After that, there is time to reset, take care of their body, eat properly, and even focus on their school responsibilities with dedicated study time and support. The afternoon brings them back to the mat for a second session focused on technique, details, and strategy. Between sessions, they learn how important rest is, how to manage energy, and how to respect their body as part of their performance.

Each week of the camp is different, because growth requires new challenges. Kids will explore how athletes fuel their body and recover, how to manage emotions and stay focused under pressure, how to think strategically instead of reacting, how to build physical strength that lasts, and how to approach every day with the mindset of competition. This constant variation keeps them engaged, but more importantly, it teaches them that improvement is not random, it is built step by step, through intention and awareness.

Every Friday becomes a different kind of experience. In the morning, they spend time together at the pool, relaxing and enjoying the team environment. In the afternoon, they come back to the academy for a special session led by professionals such as nutritionists, strength coaches, and sports psychologists. This gives them a broader understanding of what it really means to be an athlete, beyond just training on the mat.

The camp is intentionally limited to a small group of kids who are already part of MILANIMAL. This allows us to maintain a familiar environment and give real attention to each athlete. We don’t work with large numbers, because real progress requires presence, correction, and guidance. Every child is seen, followed, and pushed in the right way, according to who they are and where they are in their journey.

Everything is organized so that both kids and parents can focus on what really matters. During the week, we support them with their school homework, we take care of washing and preparing their kimono every day, and we manage all the practical aspects of their routine. On Fridays, they receive an official MILANIMAL shirt, reinforcing the sense of belonging to a team. This level of attention allows families to trust the process, knowing that every detail is handled with care

The program runs across multiple weeks, starting from June 8 through July 3, and families can choose freely how many weeks to attend. Each week stands on its own, with a complete and structured experience. The cost is 299 euros per week, with a reduced rate of 269 euros per week for those who purchase at least four weeks in total, with the flexibility to share them between siblings. The number of participants is intentionally limited, with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 kids per week, to guarantee a high level of quality and individual attention.

HOW WE TEACH

JOIN THE CAMP
What they learn here goes far beyond the mat and into everyday life.

At first, it looks like training. Sessions, structure, repetition.

But what really happens is something deeper. Kids begin to understandhow effort works, howconsistency builds confidence, and how facing difficulty is not something to avoid, but something to go through.

Day after day, they learn to stay focused, to finish what they start, and to deal with small challenges without stepping back. This is where discipline starts to take shape not as a rule, but as a way of approaching things.

What they take home is not just better technique, buta different attitude.

They become more organized, more present, more aware of what they are capable of. The same focus they use on the mat starts to show in school, in daily routines, and in the way they relate to others. This is why the environment matters:structured, demanding, but also clear and supportive.

Because real growth doesn’t come from comfort, but from being guided in the right way, at the right time.
